After the Executive Committee meeting, the report will go to City Council for a decision.
Proposed Agenda:

The City will review proposals - and approve the sale or lease of the Surplus School Zone in March 2025.
If the Executive Committee and/or City Council approve selling or leasing the sites for below-market cost and award grants, the City’s Real Estate and Housing teams will complete sales or lease agreements and affordable housing agreements with the selected developers.
The City will continue to update community members throughout this process through letters, updates to the Community League, and its digital mailing list. Developers will also be required to communicate and engage with the communities about their proposed developments.
