La Perle Community League’s Rink Committee is looking for volunteers! Our Rink Captains (Shaun and Dan) are looking for help in the rink snow clearing this year.
Additional community support in clearing the ice shavings and snowfall will cut down the flooding time significantly. We are hoping to have small crews visit the rink on a daily basis and clean off the worn ice between floodings and then an on-call list for snowfall days.
Shovels will be provided by the community league (unless you would like to bring your own favorite shovel). No previous experience required! Ability to skate is not mandatory, but is very helpful to speed up the cleaning process.
