La Perle AGM 2020

Join us from home for our Annual General Meeting on Sunday, June 7th at 7pm! Get updates on activities and projects happening in your community from the comfort of your couch. We’re working to create ties within La Perle to build a stronger community, find out how you can get involved.

Due to social distancing, for the first time ever, we’ll be hosting our meeting online. We’re keeping our distance today, so we can be closer tomorrow.

You don’t need to create a Zoom account to join the meeting. Choose “start from your browser”. We will leave some time at the beginning of the meeting for guests to join, and for the Board to verify current Community League memberships for voting. If you’re having difficulty joining the meeting, please reach out to Director at Large, Christa Ruel 780-504-7835.

A valid Community League membership is required to vote. Family memberships = 2 votes. Single membership = 1 vote. If you still need to purchase a membership prior to the meeting, please contact Membership Director, Tiffany Conrad by email at [email protected] or by phone 780-907-7833. If you have two members in a household with a Family membership, both individuals should log into the meeting separately.

We Need you! La Perle Community League is looking for new volunteers for Board Members, and for community members to join committees to help us plan and facilitate activities and events in La Perle.

We have the following vacancies on our Board in 2020 – If you’re interested in stepping up, or you’d like more information about the roles, and their responsibilities, please reach out to us! You can find more information on each of the roles in the Bylaws, or on the Volunteer page of our website. You must be a Community League Member, and present at the AGM to join the board.
