You may have seen signs going up in La Perle today - we are officially moving to the next stage of our Neighborhood Renewal!

Thank you to those who shared their ideas and feedback with the Project Team over the past year through the Building a Project Vision Together, Exploring Opportunities and Exploring Options and Tradeoffs project stages. The Project Team has now created a draft design that meets current City standards, policies and technical considerations and considers public input.

The Team invites you to review the draft design to help REFINE it to ensure it reflects the Vision and Guiding Principles for Neighbourhood Renewal in La Perle.

Do you have gently worn, outgrown, or excess clothing/accessories/linens or other household textiles you've been meaning to donate? Let La Perle Elementary save you the trip!

La Perle Elementary School's Parent Council is doing a fundraiser from November 4-6. They're asking for your donations to help them achieve their goal of 250 bags to Value Village.

Items should be clean, and in sellable condition. Drop off your donation(s) at the front doors of La Perle Elementary School between 8:15-8:45am, and 3:15-3:45pm this week, November 4-6.

We hope you enjoyed our Halloween Spooktacular yesterday. We love to see such a phenomenal turnout and SO much community support to host this event!

To everyone who donated treats - Thank You! We could not do an event like this without you. We had 164 online registrations, and a ton of drop-ins, at the end of the day we handed out over 180 (very well-stocked) treat bags!

To the volunteers who came out yesterday to help set up, host activities, and clean up - Thank You! Events like this take a small army to run, but many hands make for light work. We appreciate you, and we hope you had a good time and volunteer with us again!

Special Shout Out to the Local Businesses that donated to our event - Arum Lily, Bill Bowers - MaxWell Progressive, La Perle Dental Centre, Gregg Distributors, & Canadian Tire.
