YOGA FOR TEENS – AGES 13 TO 19 YEARS

10 classes offered Tuesdays, Sept 19 through to Nov 21 for 1 hour from 5:30-6:30pm

Yoga has many benefits for teens!! First and foremost yoga can be practiced by all teens
ages 13 to 19 and has many benefits:

  • develops body awareness
  • increases flexibility
  • develops strength
  • teaches balance
  • teaches concentration
  • improves breathing
  • reduces stress
  • And above all is practical and meant to be fun!!!
