10 classes offered Tuesdays, Sept 19 through to Nov 21 for 1 hour from 5:30-6:30pm
Yoga has many benefits for teens!! First and foremost yoga can be practiced by all teens
ages 13 to 19 and has many benefits:
- develops body awareness
- increases flexibility
- develops strength
- teaches balance
- teaches concentration
- improves breathing
- reduces stress
- And above all is practical and meant to be fun!!!
